USA Global Development Company (USAGDC) was created specifically to act as the Development Partner for foreign investors desiring to obtain Green Cards. Its two principals, James Stout (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer) and Thomas Wilkinson (President) have collectively over 70 years experience as real estate investors and developers. This alliance will operate under the name of American Life Development Company LLC (ADC), with USAGDC acting as its Development Partner. ADC has created a Regional Center for Riverside County and will shortly announce its next project.
