This Project will purchase land for cash at discounted prices, and create and operate an Equestrian Facility while it awaits governnmental approval for residential lots. After approval is granted and permits are issued, the Property will then be sub-divided into residential Estate Lots and sold at a profit when all investors successfully have conditions removed from their Green cards. This Project operates under the name Hacienda de Caballo, LP (Hacienda) and has already commenced its Equestrian Enterprise (see attached brochure).
